How it works
One visit, from the desk to the returned firearm
Pick the visitor
Search by name or ID number. The app shows right away whether they’re a member and until when.
Add firearms and goods
A firearm by serial number, ammunition by caliber, lane time, and an instructor. Prices come from the price list.
Take payment
Price tier, promo code, and total update live. One confirmation updates stock and checks out the firearm.
Return the firearm
Enter the rounds returned: rounds fired are calculated, unused ammo goes back to stock, and the visit closes.
Security
Visitors’ personal data is protected
A range keeps national ID and ID card numbers. That’s why protection is built into the foundation, not bolted on later.
Encrypted ID numbers
AES-256-GCM with the key kept only in the phone’s secure storage. The database never holds a readable ID number.
Face ID, fingerprint, or PIN
The app locks after 5 minutes. A full ID number is shown only after confirmation and hides itself after 30 seconds.
Audit log
Every change is recorded: who, when, what, before and after. Records can’t be edited or deleted.
One device per account
Signing in on a new phone immediately signs out the previous device.
Server-side rules
The database independently checks stock, firearms, and counters, so even an app bug can’t corrupt your records.
Backups
Export all data to a single file, with a reminder when your last backup is older than 7 days.

Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on the size of your club and the support you need. Get in touch for a quote tailored to your range.
Which devices does it run on?
iPhone and Android phones. The app is built for the range administrator, and one account is active on one device at a time.
Where is the data stored, and who can see it?
In Google Firebase in the European Union (Frankfurt). Only the club administrator has access, and ID numbers are encrypted with a key that exists only on your phone.
Does it work offline?
Browsing works with data already loaded, but visits, returns, and stock changes need a connection. Stock and firearms are checked in a single transaction, so two actions can never check out the same firearm.
What if I lose or replace my phone?
Sign in on the new phone and import your encryption key backup. During setup the app walks you through saving that backup somewhere safe.
Which language is the app in?
The app is in Bosnian, with prices in convertible marks (KM) and times in the Sarajevo time zone. This website is available in English and Bosnian.
Can I export data for my accountant?
Yes. Every report exports to PDF or Excel, one at a time or all at once, for any period you choose.
Can I see the app before deciding?
