Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

The Streljački klub website and app are developed and maintained by Merim Kulovac ("we"). For any privacy question, email merim.kulovac@outlook.com.

2. If you’re just browsing this website

You don’t need an account to browse. We use no cookies, analytics, or advertising tools. The browser only remembers your light or dark theme choice, and that never leaves your device.

Our hosting provider logs standard request data (IP address, browser type, page requested) for security and reliability, like any website.

3. If you contact us

If you email, message, or call us, we keep your contact details and the conversation only to answer your inquiry and prepare a quote. We don’t share them with third parties or use them for advertising.

4. Data in the app

The club using the app is responsible for the data it enters (the controller); we process it only to make the app work. The app stores:

• Visitors: first and last name and phone; national ID and ID card numbers only in encrypted form (AES-256-GCM), plus the last 4 digits for display
• Visits: date, items, prices, payment method, firearms checked out and returned, and optionally a waiver and signature
• Memberships, firearms, stock, price list, promo codes, instructors, and ratings
• Administrator account: email and sign-in data; the password is handled by Firebase Authentication and never stored in readable form

5. Where the data lives and who sees it

Data is stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore) in the European Union, in the Frankfurt region. Only the club administrator has access. The key that encrypts ID numbers exists only on the administrator’s phone, so neither we nor Google can read those numbers.

Apple and Google (App Check) verify that requests come from the genuine app. Notifications are created on the phone itself and aren’t sent through a server.

6. How long we keep it

Retention is set by the club in line with shooting range record-keeping regulations. A visitor with no visits can be permanently deleted; a visitor with visits is archived, because the record of visits and firearms issued must remain.

7. Your rights

You can request access to your data, a correction, or deletion, within the limits of legal record-keeping obligations. Send the request to the club that registered you, or to us at the email above.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
