1. The service

Streljački klub is a mobile app for running a shooting range’s records: visits, firearms, stock, memberships, billing, and reports. This website describes the app and lets you contact us.

2. Access to the app

The app is provided under an agreement with each club. Terms, pricing, and support are set in the quote for that club.

3. The club’s responsibilities

• The club is responsible for the accuracy of the data it enters and for collecting it lawfully.
• The club meets its legal obligations to keep firearm, ammunition, and visitor records; the app is a tool for that, not a substitute for regulations.
• The club safeguards the administrator’s credentials, the encryption key backup, and data backups.

4. Intellectual property

The app, logo, and content of this website belong to the author. Data entered by a club remains the club’s property and can be exported at any time.

5. Limitation of liability

We work to keep the app reliable and accurate, but we aren’t liable for damage caused by incorrectly entered data, a lost encryption key with no backup, or outages of third-party services (such as Google Firebase).

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
